-Campaign nesting allows for boards to execute a parent "Annual Dues Billing" campaign which will fire off several child campaigns for various member types and sub-classifications.

-Entity nesting allows for a parent "State REALTOR® Association" entity to relate to multiple child "Local REALTOR® Associations."

-Event nesting allows for a parent "Annual Convention and Trade Show" event to be related to multiple several child break out events like "Golf Tournaments" or "Awards Banquets."

-Group nesting allows for a parent "state chapter" group to be related to several child "local chapter " groups.

-Service nesting allows for a parent Annual Dues service item to be related to several individual child services like Local Dues, State Dues, and National Dues.

Includes Applications Module | Navica MMS provides the tools for licensed real estate agents to apply for board membership and services online. SEI understands the importance of member demographics; however, gathering demographic data on existing members is nearly impossible. So Navica gathers demographic data during the membership application process.

And if a licensed real estate agent applies for REALTOR® membership online through a Navica Association Website and a link provided by NAR, the membership information can be easily synchronized with Navica MLS agent information by simply entering their Member ID (NRDS Number). Navica will "pull in" all the existing NRDS information automatically!

NRDS Synchronization and "Real-time" Processing - Navica MMS provides the tools for National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS) synchronization. After successful synchronization of office and member records, associations will enjoy the benefits of "real-time" processing.

Navica MMS is on the short list of real-time NRDS Central Database service providers!

-Primary Office Maintenance - Quickly add or modify primary National REALTOR® Database System offices by entering only required office fields.

-Primary Member Maintenance - Quickly add or modify primary National REALTOR® Database System members by entering only required member fields.

-User manage their own records - This practical, board defined service provides a means for REALTORS® to update their own contact information for making money and advocacy on the same Web page. Accurate email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses will insure that correspondence is delivered. This same agent contact information is used to synchronize with the QuickBooks® Customer Center and included on invoice notifications. (See below.)
