Question: Who is considered a Navica Streamline AMS user?
Answer: Navica Streamline AMS users will have a unique user name, password, and security code. An association management user will have access into the association management features within Navica. An association user is usually a staff member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
At minimum REALTOR® associations recruit an Association Executive or Executive Office to manage the volunteers and staff specialists. Small REALTOR®Association may have a single association executive user. The Executive Office counts as one user. The EO would use tools for managing advocacy and industry volunteers – Navica's campaign, demographics, election, group, and statistical features in particular.
Larger associations may have additional staff specialists. For instance a REALTOR® association might have a membership specialist, an accounting specialist, and an education specialist. The membership specialist would use tools for NRDS "point of entry" management. An accounting specialist would use tools for managing billings, financials, and E-Commerce. An education specialist would use tools to manage association educational and meeting events as well as update "code of ethics" attendance records.
If the association shares resources with an MLS company, the MLS specialist is not considered a user. The MLS specialist's fees are included as a Navica Revolution MLS service provider. MLS administrators do not pay monthly user fees.
